Field Personnel Responsibilities
Our Field Personnel team members are the backbone of our company. As a Field Personnel at Backwoods Pest Control LLC, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and comfort of our clients' environments. Your day-to-day tasks will be both challenging and rewarding.
Field Personnel job responsibilities include:
- Controlling pests on-site in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Physically inspecting a variety of residential structures to assess pest problems.
- Calculating the severity of infestations and the degree of structural damage caused by pests.
- Interfacing directly with homeowners and facilities managers to provide assessments, estimates, and updates on the work to be accomplished.
- Creating diagrams and graphs indicating the type, degree, and location of infestations.
- Performing creative sales solicitations and providing estimates for pest control services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Prospective applicants must hold and maintain a valid driver's license, with the expectation that preemployment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed to determine ongoing eligibility to drive a company vehicle.
You are also expected to hold a high school diploma or GED and must already have or obtain the necessary license or certification for the areas of operation.
