We have struggled with earwigs in our home and snakes in our yard, even coming into our garage. We tried a door-to-door pest control company for over a year, but they weren’t able to resolve the issue, even with retreatments. My husband called Backwoods Pest Control and Brian came out to do a consult for us and gave us some snake scram granules the same day, knowing we were having a major issue. He was very knowledgeable and outlined a comprehensive plan to help us. We haven’t seen a snake since (we had been seeing multiple snakes each day up to that point). We signed up for the service and less than a week later, Krista came out. She was so friendly and kind and listened to our concerns, making adjustments based on the information we gave her about where we’ve been seeing bugs, etc. She let us know what to expect and was also able to tell us why our past treatments for earwigs hadn’t worked.
